Costa Blanca Stories had been years in the making before finally coming to
professional fruition in 2026, when Luis, Sam and Christian all joined together to
bring the project to life.
Meet The Team
Luis
Luis, originally from Venezuela, is the co-
founder of Costa Blanca Stories. He has
been living in Europe since 2014 and has
rented, bought and sold property in
Valencia, Madrid and Alicante over the
years. His background in economics and
business, combined with his own
experience of the Spanish property market,
brings a practical and well-rounded
perspective to the team.
Sam
Sam, born and bred in Scotland but living in
Spain since 2016, is the co-founder of
Costa Blanca Stories. He has extensive
experience of the Spanish property market,
having bought, sold, rented and invested in
property across different parts of Spain,
including Alicante, Málaga, Madrid and
Valencia. In recent years, his main focus has
been Costa Blanca South, where he now
lives and works.
Christian
Christian is the latest addition to the team.
A Spanish native, his background in
marketing helps bring the Costa Blanca
Stories brand to life and reach more people
online. His expertise in branding, digital
marketing and content strategy plays a key
role in growing Costa Blanca Stories and
connecting buyers with the right
opportunities.

We're based between Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa and specialise in
Costa Blanca South. However, if you're interested in other parts of the Costa Blanca South or selected areas of the Costa Cálida in Murcia, we'd still love to hear from you.
